Women’s Asian Handball Championship: Kazakhstan Finishes Fourth

The Women’s Asian Handball Championship, which served as a qualifier for the Tokyo Olympics, has concluded in China, reports Olympic.kz.

Team Kazakhstan finished the tournament in fourth place. This result did not allow our athletes to secure the only available spot for the 2020 Olympic Games.

The Olympic berth was awarded to the champions of the tournament—South Korea. China took second place, while North Korea finished third.
