On September 24, 2025, the Kazakhstan Association of Handball Sports Federations organized a national seminar for referees. The purpose of the event was to enhance the professional qualifications of referees and to deepen their understanding of modern game rules.
The seminar was conducted by international category referee Yuriy Osipov and the Head of the Referee and Technical Committee Yerlan Daribayev. The specialists introduced participants to the updated rules of the International Handball Federation (IHF) and addressed current issues in refereeing practice.
Upon completion of the seminar, participants will be awarded personalized certificates.
