Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Kyzylorda Region
In this role, Mustafaev actively contributed to the development of various sports in the region, including weightlifting, wrestling, and football. Thanks to his efforts, athletes from the region achieved significant success at the national and international levels.

President of the Football Federation of Kyzylorda Region
In this role, he paid special attention to the development of football infrastructure and the support of local teams, which contributed to the improvement of the football level in the region.

Director of the Football Club “Kaysar”
Under his leadership, the club achieved promotion to the Kazakhstan Premier League and showed stable results, ranking among the country’s top teams.

General Director of the National Scientific-Practical Center of Physical Culture of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan

She is the Director of the Sports Management and Law Center at KazNU named after Al-Farabi, the founder of the International Institute of Sports Professions, Sport Career, and the NGO “Balalyq Alemi.” Isaeva is an active public figure working on the development of youth sports, integrating international educational standards into Kazakhstan, and promoting women’s sports.
